I normally talk to one of the very professional staff members, but this time I decided to place an order on line. The arrangement was as usual very beautiful, and my wife loved it. I in Southern Veranda fashion she will be able to enjoy this beautiful arrangement for several weeks.

Service was great. I ordered at the last minute on a holiday, and they were able to deliver as promised. Although, the orchid that was delivered was smaller than the one pictured above, with fewer leaves and unopened buds. I liked the addition of the dried lotus pod. I understand that can be the nature of orchids, but I now wish I would have picked a different floral arrangement. I appreciate how you keep your web page updated (accurate holiday hours and updating flower availability). I will order again from your company.
